Payment:
All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card
50% deposit on confirmation 60 days prior to arrival
Balance to be paid 30 days prior to arrival
All credit cards accepted with an additional 5% to cover commission
Should payment not be received as stipulated, we reserve the right to cancel your booking without prior notice
Cancellations:
A full refund of deposit paid will be made for cancellations received more than 45 days prior to arrival
Cancellations received 30-45 days prior to arrival will incur a charge of 50% of the total accommodation costs
Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to arrival will be liable for full payment of accommodation costs
General:
Breakfast charge included is non-refundable.
Service charge is discretionary
Suites face towards the sea/golf course or the Knysna lagoon
Luxury airport transfers can be arranged on request at an additional charge
Check-in/-out:
Check in from 15:00, however guests who arrive early are welcome to use hotel facilities while they wait for their suite.
Check-out by 11:00. Later departures are subject to occupancy, and if we cannot accommodate you, we will store your luggage while you enjoy the hotel facilities.
Children:
A child under 12 years sharing a Villa Suite with an adult is accommodated free of charge.
Children are accommodated on a fold-away bed.
Children's breakfast charge : 0-2yrs = no charge 3-11yrs = ZAR80
Infant cots can be provided at no additional cost
