Spa Gift Vouchers/Certificates
Please bring your gift voucher to validate treatment
- A daily rate of ZAR 250 per person is applicable for day visitors unless a treatment is booked.
- Spa gift Vouchers: please bring gift vouchers to validate treatment.
- Arrival: It is preferable to arrive 1 - 2 hours in advance to make use of the whole facility and for your therapist's consultation time.
- Punctuality: late arrivals will have the duration of their treatment reduced accordingly.
- Booking in advance is recommended.
- Cancellations: 24 hours advance notice is required for cancellations after which 50% of the treatment will be charged.
- No cellular mobile phones in Spa Area.
- Children: No children under the age of 16 are permitted.
- No Animals.
- Spa Attire: On arrival you will be supplied with a personal gown and slippers. Discreet underwear and bathers are provided for all body treatments. We provide you with your own locker for your clothing and personal belongings.
- Hydrotherapy Area: please bring a bathing suite to enjoy our hydrotherapy area.
